Check a QR code before you print it

Run a local decode and measurable image checks on any QR code — the one you just rebuilt, or a photo of a printed test copy. Nothing is uploaded.

Drop, paste (Ctrl+V) or choose an image of a QR code

Tip: print one copy, photograph it with your phone and drop the photo here.

Add an image of a QR code, or rebuild one on the repair page and follow “Check the rebuilt QR”.

Check the print, not just the file

  1. 01

    Scan it on screen.

Point your phone at the rebuilt code on this page. If it opens the right content, the file is good.

  2. 02

Print one copy at the final size.

Same printer, same paper, same size as the real run. Module size, ink spread and substrate all change the result.

  3. 03

Photograph the print and check it here.

Drop the photo above. If the quiet zone or contrast suffered in print, this is where it shows.
